  • Where Can I check the status of my Orders?

    You can check the status of any order you have placed with Printira site by checking your ‘ Orders ’ in your account once you have logged in.

  • Are my Orders saved so that I can reorder?

    All orders are automatically saved in your account under ‘My Orders ’. This will allow you to reorder previous orders placed with Printira site. Reorders may only be made from the printshop that your original order was placed

  • Am I able to change or Cancel my order?

    Upon submission of an order and paying the deposit, we start working to get it to you as quickly as possible. We cannot edit or cancel an existing order.

  • What does Printing time (Production Time) mean?

    Printing Time , The turnaround time also known as the production Time, is the time (in days or hours) it takes for us to do the printing, cutting, and finishing of the print job, ending when you have a completed printed product ready for pick-up or ready to ship.


    This time varies from one product to another and according to the specifications you have chosen for printing. This time will be explained when you choose the printshop you wish to fulfill your request through.

  • What does shipping time mean?

    Shipping time is the time take us to ship your printed order to your doorstep . Most jobs will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days after end of printing time ( production time ) .

  • What files format do you accept to for the printed producs to be uploaded?

    Currently We accept ready to be printed files on PDF - JPG - NPG format only

  • What are the uploaded files submission requirments ?

    Submissions uploaded to Printira Online Printing site should be a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) at 1:1 ratio (or 100%). Submissions that do not meet this standard may experience print errors or produce images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted.


    Submissions should be designed in industry-standard CMYK and uploaded with no embedded color profile. (You may upload in RGB or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and we are not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion). Spot colors are not supported and should be converted to CMYK.


    We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet these requirements. We are not responsible for uploaded content that do not meet these standards and result in printing errors.

  • What is RGB?

    The initials RGB stand for the colors red, green and blue. Combined together they are capable of creating a wide array of colors.

    Consumers utilize computer monitors and digital cameras for creating graphic designs. These devices display in RGB and they output in RGB unless the file is converted to CMYK.

  • What is CMYK?

    CMYK stands for the four inks used in the production of color printing: cyan, magenta, yellow, and key, which is black.

    Most printshops utilize this standard for printing and is common practice for these printing houses to convert graphic designs from RBG to CMYK prior to print production.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    You should pay 50% deposit using Credit Cards or at any of fawry outlets.

    The remaining 50% will be collected on delivery of your printed products.
